Penske Logistics Transportation Management and Warehousing Services Honored by Logistics Management Magazine
Penske Logistics today announced they have won a pair of Quest for Quality Awards from Logistics Management Magazine. Both honors came in the Third-Party Logistics category: Transportation Management Solutions and the Value Added Warehousing and Distributions Solutions. In the latter honor, Penske recorded the highest score in customer service/value added services.
The Quest for Quality Awards are the gold standard for customer satisfaction and performance excellence for global carriers, ports and logistics providers. This is the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group. There were 4,504 ballots cast.
