Penske Logistics Vice President of Freight Management Receives 2021 Women in Supply Chain Award
A supply chain professional for more than 27 years, Coulter is responsible for the strategic vision and product development for all of Penske's freight management and 4PL services.

Coulter's expertise has been essential to customers navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As many supply chains ground to a halt, her team worked diligently to provide access to secure and reliable capacity to move customers' most urgent cargo across the globe.
She is also a pioneer of digital solutions for supply chain management. Under her leadership, her team has helped spearhead the development of new features in Penske's Clear Chain Technology Suite—a collaborative, proactive environment that provides more visibility into complex supply chains.
Coulter is also deeply committed to mentorship, and as a member of Penske's Women in Logistics Steering Committee, she supports the professional development and advancement of female associates at every level of the company.

2021 Women in Supply Chain winners include individuals from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions and more.
